Terms and Conditions

  1. DEFINITIONS
    1. “Card” means a card that has been designated by the issuer as a card issued by a Card Scheme as advised by the Banks.
    2. “Payment” means funds paid by a Person as part of a Transaction.
    3. “Payment Service” means the SPS Pin Payments system or other such SPS system that provides a mechanism for accepting Payments from Persons on Our behalf.
    4. “Person” includes an individual, firm, body corporate, unincorporated body or association, partnership, joint venture and any government agency or authority.
    5. “Terms and Conditions” means these terms and conditions as may later be amended or supplemented by Us and published from time to time, as notified in writing by Us to You from time to time.
    6. “Transaction” means a transaction between a Person and Us, utilising the Payment Service.
    7. “We“, “Us” and “Our” refer to Phat Phree Pty Ltd, trading as Voca Data Communications.
    8. “You” and “Your” means a Person who wishes to purchase goods or services from, or otherwise make a Payment to Us.
  2. PAYMENT
    1. Card payments are handled by Our Payment Service provider.  We do not see Your Card details when you make a Payment, however the Payment Service provider may retain your Card details so that We can process future Payments.
    2. There may be additional Terms and Conditions imposed by the Payment Service.
